PLEASURE AND THE COUNTER VORTEX
Coming Home to the Body: Somatic Touch, Sexual Healing & the Return to Pleasure
Do you feel disconnected, from yourself, your body, your relationships, or your sense of pleasure, creativity, and joy?
Do you long for intimacy, but find yourself pulling away when it actually arrives?
Do you fantasize about what’s possible in connection but feel unsure how to get there?
Does your inner tank feel empty, like pleasure is the last thing on your to-do list?
Are you curious about how your nervous system and survival responses shape your relationship to boundaries, desire, and intimacy?
You're not alone. And you're not broken.
My work is here to support you in reconnecting with your body, your pleasure, and the deep intelligence that lives within you.
A Trauma-Informed Path to Pleasure and Presence
Our earliest experiences, especially those involving trauma, neglect, or lack of attuned care, shape our nervous systems in profound ways. They influence how safe we feel in our bodies, how we form relationships, and how we relate to boundaries, touch, and pleasure.
This is especially true when it comes to sexuality and intimacy. Sexual trauma, whether overt or subtle, recent or developmental, can leave a lasting imprint often showing up as shame, numbness, hypervigilance, disconnection, or confusion around desire.
But this work offers another way.
Through trauma-informed, body-based practices, I guide individuals in gently restoring connection, safety, and aliveness. Together, we create space to:
-
Unbridled the shame and trauma from the body
-
Reclaim agency, voice, and healthy boundaries
-
Expand your capacity for embodied pleasure and joy
-
Explore desire from a place of safety, curiosity, and authenticity
-
Shift unconscious patterns that block connection and intimacy
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming home to yourself, at the pace that feels right for your system.
My work draws on training in Couples Engagement- Embodying Relationships & Getting To The Core Of Healing Sexual Trauma (with Ariel Giarretto)
These modalities combine gentle, attuned touch with somatic psychology, trauma resolution, and sacred sexuality. Sessions are collaborative and fully clothed, always guided by consent, attunement, and your body’s innate wisdom.
We slow down. We listen.
We speak the language of the nervous system, not just the mind.
Through this process, we create new possibilities. A deeper sense of safety. A fuller experience of embodiment. And often, a rediscovery of pleasure, not as a performance, but as a birth right.
