I run trauma informed mindfulness sessions for groups, individuals and organizations.

I am skilled at creating an environment which feels safe and leaves you with a sense of choice when it comes to how deeply you would like to be involved during any of my mindfulness sessions.

Gradually build your confidence, sense of self and greater embodiment awareness through my mindful meditations.

Remaining still, meditating doesn't sound appealing? Try a moving meditation such a QiGong, mindful walking or a Movingness practice with myself.
